  • This account is strictly for my personal use only.
  • I shall not share my login credentials or subscription access with any other individual.
  • I understand that sharing my account or allowing unauthorized access may result in immediate cancellation of my subscription without any refund.
  • I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy of Radiology Made Easy Notes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between You ("User") and Navaayu Educare, the owner and operator of Radiology Made Easy Notes ("Company", "We", "Us"), governing your access to and use of the website www.radiologymadeeasynotes.com and the associated mobile application (collectively, the "Site" or "Platform").

Access Limitation: The Radiology Made Easy Notes application is optimized exclusively for use on mobile phones and tablets (including iPad). Desktop or laptop access is not supported.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Site, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

  1. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

  1. Prohibited Use

You shall not:

  • Share your account or credentials with any other person
  • Record, copy, download, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, commercial, or competitive purposes
  • Attempt to bypass DRM, device restrictions, or security mechanisms

Violation may result in permanent account termination without refund.

  1. User Account
  • Account creation is mandatory to access paid modules (including Practical Modules).
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Once a user has been added to any RME Telegram group, the registered Telegram number is permanent and cannot be changed or substituted under any circumstances.
  1. Account Access Policy
  • Each account is a single-user, single-session account.
  • Login is permitted on only one device at all time.
  • Simultaneous or suspicious access may trigger automatic suspension.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including cases, images, PDFs, videos, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of Navaayu Educare / Radiology Made Easy Notes or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

  1. Educational Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
  • All cases, images, and materials are provided strictly for educational purposes.
  • Medical practitioners must exercise independent clinical judgment before diagnosis or treatment.
  • No guarantee is provided regarding accuracy, completeness, exam performance, or results.
  • Content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
  • The Platform does not warrant that it is free from viruses or technical issues.
  • Smooth access to PDFs and videos requires adequate internet connectivity.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Once a purchase is made, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
